Secretary
A Brooklyn based agency that staffs providers for government programs is looking for an experienced Secretary to support their high-volume Social Care Network. This role could be a great fit for someone organized and proactive who can hit the ground running with minimal training and adapt as program requirements shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone follow-ups with applicants
- Follow up on forms submitted online, not just phone-based inquiries
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email
Data Entry & Database Management:
- Perform data entry and keep the database updated
- Track all applicant communications and records so no inquiries fall through the cracks
Onboarding Support:
- Help applicants gather required documentation
- Guide applicants through full submission into the system (administrative follow-through only no interviewing or in-person meetings)
Qualifications:
- Strong phone skills; responsible, organized, and able to take initiative
- Adaptable able to handle shifting program requirements
- At least 2 years of office experience preferred
- Available part-time, 9:15 AM2:45 PM
