Service Technician | Career Growth | Company Vehicle | $68-$78k First Year First Year

Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and helping customers? Ready to build a long-term career?

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, Auto-Chlor wants to meet you.

This isn't residential repair.

This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a desk.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that has been serving customers for over 85 years and believes in promoting from within.

As a Service Technician, you'll become the trusted face of Auto-Chlor for your assigned customers. Each day you'll travel throughout the Phoenix area servicing commercial dishwashing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, delivering products, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring every customer receives the outstanding service they're expecting.

Every day brings new challenges. One customer may need preventative maintenance, while another needs help solving an equipment issue. If you enjoy thinking critically, working independently, and finding practical solutions, you'll enjoy this role.

You'll work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you the stability of a predictable workweek while enjoying a career that's active and rewarding. Once fully trained, you'll participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately every 3-12 weeks alongside your teammates to provide exceptional service when customers need it most.

We provide paid training, a company vehicle during business hours, outstanding benefits, and a clear path for career advancement. Many of our leaders started in field service because we believe in developing our employees and promoting from within.

Who Thrives Here?

The most successful Service Technicians are naturally curious and enjoy solving problems. They're dependable, mechanically inclined, and confident working independently while making decisions throughout the day. They communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping customers.

Whether your background is in maintenance, automotive repair, HVAC, plumbing, restoration, equipment installation, facilities maintenance, construction, appliance repair, military mechanics, or another hands-on trade, we'd love to meet you.

If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
