About the Role

The Company is seeking a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to join their team. The GM/COO will be responsible for the financial health of the club, including budgeting, and will be expected to have a proven track record in driving targeted membership growth while maintaining the club's positioning and member experience. Candidates for the GM/COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in a private member-owned club or high-end resort operation. A strong background in financial management, particularly with P&L responsibility, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, a natural mentor, and a culture builder, with a focus on continuous evolution to excellence. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and professional certifications such as CCM or PGA Executive Management are preferred. The role requires a highly collaborative, transparent, and engaging leader who can effectively communicate with all stakeholders and is committed to the club's vision and values.
