Sales - Account Manager

If you’re a goal-driven professional salesperson who loves identifying and solving client problems, this may be the career for you. As a MadAveGroup Account Manager, you’ll help your clients build their businesses by solving their marketing problems. The focus of this role is account penetration and retention. You’ll be responsible for managing and continually improving your client relationships. Your goal is to be perceived by your clients as a trusted marketing advisor and not just a marketing vendor. You should be extremely goal-oriented, curious, and hardworking; a strategic thinker who exhibits great communication skills and intelligence. And we’ll expect you to come with a proven record of consultative selling success. Your success is dependent upon building relationships with C-level contacts and helping them grow their companies with the comprehensive and robust marketing tools, services and programs provided by the agencies of MadAveGroup. Typical first year compensation range is $60,000 - $80,000and consists of base and performance pay, uncapped commission, and other earned monetary and non-cash awards. We serve thousands of client locations in the United States and abroad. While limited travel is required, much of your time will be spent via phone, virtual and in-person meetings.
