Licensed Master and Journeyman Leaders must be able to manage job sites, including communicating with customers and project managers, supervising other electricians, instructing apprentices, completing job work orders, and ordering materials as needed. Customer-owned "Primary Service" experience is a plus. Must know how to bend pipe with dial benders and hydraulic benders (or be able to learn with in-house training), pull wire up to 500MCM with tugers and pulleys, install bus duct/bus plugs & switchgear/CT cabinets, along with all the general electrical requirements of a commercial/industrial building. Install, service and troubleshoot various electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes. Is adept at problem-solving, pays extreme attention to detail and brings experience and technical knowledge. Possess a valid chauffeur’s license with a clean driving record; pass a physical. (chauffeur's license required within 30 days) Work 40+ hours a week and have the ability to work weekends and evenings when required.
