Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with 3+ years of payroll experience to support accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payroll.
- Maintain employee payroll records and timekeeping data.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and wage regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
