Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to assist customers with service-related inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication. This role plays an important part in delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups
* Schedule consultations and update appointment records
* Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
* Provide information regarding company services and scheduling
* Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
* Work closely with office staff to ensure timely customer support
Minimum requirements:
* Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
* Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused approach
* Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Reliable and team-oriented
