Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Contract Analyst IV to join their team. As a Contract Analyst IV, you will be part of the Land and Contracts Department supporting lease administration and property management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $80

Shift: M-F

What's the Job?

• Assist with the effective administration and control of lease records for producing and non-producing properties.
• Analyze and input lease data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare lease-related documents such as releases, assignments, and Exhibit As.
• Support lease and unit reviews, including processing payments for shut-in wells.
• Identify contractual obligations related to lease acquisitions, trades, and divestitures, and track compliance.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Quorum Land System or SAP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience handling confidential and proprietary data with integrity.
• Knowledge of land principles, contracts, and land terminology, with the ability to analyze land data.
