Responsibilities Partner with a co-teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum Foster a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social-emotional growth Maintain open and professional communication with families Ensure classroom safety and compliance with DHS licensing standards Participate in school events and professional development opportunities $19-$23 per hour, based on education and experience Candidates with extensive experience and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fi eld may be considered at the higher end of the pay range Two weeks off in the winter (December 21-January 1) One week in July for teacher in-service and classroom preparation (July 27-31) Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Passover, Memorial Day & July 4th off (8 days) Free JCC family membership (includes fi tness center, pool access, and community programming) If you are looking for a school community where teachers are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow, we would love to hear from you.
