This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney who brings not only strong trial and advocacy skills, but also an established, portable book of business they can bring and grow within our platform. Job Details Substantial experience as first-chair trial counsel in state and/or federal court A proven, portable book of business Strong client relationship management and business development track record Comfort operating in a senior, client-facing role from day one — this is not a role with layers of junior support between you and the client Massachusetts bar admission required What you’ll bring to the table: The ability to originate and manage significant litigation matters independently A collaborative approach — working alongside other practice groups (real estate, municipal, corporate, environmental, regulatory) where matters intersect Interest in mentoring and developing junior talent as the practice grows Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
