Pay: $36-$40 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing therapy team. In this role, you will support high‑quality patient care under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Key Responsibilities Carry out established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Complete timely and accurate written documentation in accordance with facility and departmental standards. Continue developing clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional activities. Support department operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. Promptly report changes in patient status or needs to the supervising therapist. Accurately prepare and submit patient charges to ensure correct billing. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and align treatment goals. Requirements & Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA or ACOTE accredited program.
