As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Suzanne Bodlovic - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve complex customer issues
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• People-oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
