Dermatologist

Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their full-spectrum outpatient general dermatology practice. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of dermatologists and Mohs surgeons, with clinical research opportunities available. Ideal candidates will value high-quality care, work/life balance, and may have an interest in leadership or cosmetics.

• Work alongside a highly experienced team including six general dermatologists, two Mohs surgeons, and one APP in Wenatchee, plus a dermatology partner in Brewster
• Clinical research opportunities available
• Interest or experience in leadership is welcome
• The practice is general dermatology, and an interest in cosmetics is also welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum general dermatology care
• Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication

Compensation

• Pay range: $514,199–$555,891
• First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
• RVU production model beginning in year two
• Signing bonus
• Relocation expenses covered (including packing) up to $20,000
• CME allowance: $10,000 every two years
