Receptionist- Admin Assistant P/T $16-$17 DOE

Personnel Plus, Inc. BOISE is now hiring a P/T Receptionist/Admin Assistant 

• Immediate opening!
• Part-time
• Monday–Friday | 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
• $16.00–$17.00 per hour DOE
• Great temp-to-hire opportunity!

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
• Assist with email communication and general office support.
• Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Drug-free.
