Als Head of Account Management bei RealStudio übernimmst du in Vollzeit die Verantwortung für unseren Backend-Umsatz: Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und steigerst den Umsatz durch Upsells, Cross-Sells und Vertragsverlängerungen.

Dafür verbindest du strategische Kundenberatung mit einem klaren Blick auf Umsatz und Kundenbindung. Du führst das Account-Management-Team, begleitest wichtige Kundengespräche selbst und arbeitest direkt mit dem Founder an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs.

Aufgaben

Du verantwortest den Backend-Umsatz unserer Bestandskunden und entwickelst eine klare Strategie für Upsells, Cross-Sells und Vertragsverlängerungen.
Du erkennst zusätzliche Bedarfe im Kundenbestand, erarbeitest passende Angebote und führst Verhandlungen bis zum Abschluss.
In strategischen Kundengesprächen analysierst du Ziele und bisherige Ergebnisse. Daraus leitest du konkrete Empfehlungen für die weitere Zusammenarbeit ab.
Du baust unser Account-Management-Team weiter auf, führst es im Alltag und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden durch Coaching und gemeinsame Kundengespräche.
Du etablierst Prozesse für Account-Pläne, regelmäßige Kundenreviews und die systematische Nachverfolgung von Umsatzchancen im CRM.
Du steuerst die Pipeline im Bestandskundengeschäft und behältst Backend-Umsatz, Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Abschlüsse sowie Verlängerungs- und Abwanderungsquoten im Blick.
Du erkennst gefährdete Kundenbeziehungen früh und erarbeitest mit dem Team Maßnahmen, um Kunden langfristig zu halten.
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und den operativen Teams zusammen, damit die Übergabe neuer Kunden und die Umsetzung zusätzlicher Leistungen gut funktionieren. Mit dem Founder stimmst du Ziele und Prioritäten ab.

Qualifikation

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im B2B-Account-Management oder Vertrieb, idealerweise im Agentur- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld
