As an Insurance Associate within the Midland organization, you will be based within the Midland footprint and responsible for determining compliance of commercial insurance policies on real‑estate loans. Job Description Determine compliance of insurance policies on real‑estate loans against loan documents, servicing contracts, GSE guides, internal policies, and applicable regulations. Work with borrowers, clients, insurance agents, and insurers to obtain evidence of compliant insurance, protect PNC and clients, and resolve any insurance discrepancies. Escalate non‑compliant coverages to management or senior analysts following established procedures. Support additional analytical responsibilities related to insurance coverage, including processing premium disbursements and preparing lender‑placement of insurance deficiencies. Interact with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of insurance, pay insurance premiums, and manage insurance compliance. Qualifications 4‑year college degree or 2+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of insurance legal and regulatory environment, loan review, and risk assessment. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, decision making, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Experience managing multiple priorities and process management in a financial services context. Ability to analyze real‑estate property data. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
