Job Opportunity At Barton & Gray Mariners Club
Barton & Gray Mariners Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services team to assist our Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service. This position is based in our Portsmouth, NH office and is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Member communications via phone, text, and email
- Scheduling Member outings via proprietary Club software
- Planning for and ensuring a pleasant, fun experience
- Organization of catering orders with preferred vendors
- Making restaurant and dock reservations and handling other member requests
- Harbor destination research and updating databases
- General administrative duties as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Excellent computer skills and effective use of CRM tools
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, rotating nights & holidays
Education and Experience:
- College degree or related experience
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Competence in Macintosh applications or willingness to learn
- Strong references
