As we continue our exciting expansion, we’re adding to our team and looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow with us!Landscape Account ManagerThe Landscape Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and field operations, with a strong focus on client retention, portfolio growth, and maintaining high-quality landscapes. This role blends relationship management, sales, and operational coordination to deliver exceptional service and drive account performance.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for assigned clientsBuild and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communicationAddress client needs, concerns, and service requests in a timely mannerProperty InspectionsConduct regular site walkthroughs to evaluate landscape qualityIdentify and address issues such as pests, plant health concerns, and irrigation deficienciesEnsure properties meet company standards and client expectationsSales & Account GrowthIdentify and pursue opportunities for landscape enhancementsPrepare and present proposals for additional servicesDrive revenue growth within existing accountsOperational CoordinationPartner with production teams to ensure efficient scheduling and service deliveryCommunicate client expectations and quality standards to crewsMonitor work to ensure consistency and excellenceContract ManagementManage contract renewals and pricing adjustmentsDevelop and negotiate proposals for new and expanded servicesQuality & Safety OversightEnsure all work aligns with company quality standards and safety protocolsAddress and resolve any service or safety concerns promptlyQualificationsEducationAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agricultural Business, or a related field preferred but not requiredExperience3–7 years of experience in landscaping or a related industryProven success in client management, sales, and/or account managementTechnical KnowledgeStrong understanding of plant material, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practicesSkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple properties and priorities effectivelyValid Driver’s License and clean driving recordWork Environment & ExpectationsCombination of office work and field-based property visitsRegular travel to client sites within assigned territoryMay oversee field teams and collaborate closely with operations leadershipResponsible for the overall financial performance and profitability of assigned accountsWhat We offer:Medical/Dental/Vision plus other benefitsPaid Time Off & Holiday PayCompany phone/laptopCompany Vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr LUSA Holdings
