Rolling Suds Power Washing is growing, and were looking for a dependable, experienced Lead Technician whos skilled with equipment, great with customers, and ready to take on a leadership role. If youre professional, hard-working, and eager to grow with a family-owned business, we want to meet you!
No experience is required but preferred.

Position Details:

• 30 hours/week to start
• Prior power washing experience preferred
• Valid drivers license + clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
• Friendly, team-oriented, and professional with clients
• Reliable transportation to our Grapevine shop

Power Washing Professional Responsibilities:

• Lead job sites and ensure quality service
• Communicate clearly with clients and upsell when appropriate
• Train and support new team members
• Operate and maintain power washing equipment
• Represent Rolling Suds with professionalism and pride

Power Washing Professional Qualifications:

• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Monday through Friday, occasional weekend and night jobs
• Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required
• Driver's License (Required)
• Good driving record
• Bonus: Skilled in diagnosing and repairing engines, pumps, and power washing equipment
• Bonus: Knowledge of vent hood cleaning
