JR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website banners, and brochures. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials. Create and edit images, graphics, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite. Assist with the production and editing of videos for promotional and educational purposes. Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual materials. Manage and organize design files and assets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
