Pay Rate $13.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue 05:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 05:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 05:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual conditions. Monitor and document visitor, vendor, and employee access in accordance with site‑specific requirements. Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
