They manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers. Guest Service Department Managers oversee crew and managers to deliver excellent customer experience; execute sales promotions; train service staff; maintain organization of the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas. Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly; maintain food safety; control food cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees. Qualifications Previous managerial experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings. Age 18 years or older. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
