Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every other weekend required; weekend warrior option available

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Perform IV starts as required for contrast-enhanced imaging studies
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and radiation/MRI safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience; first-time travelers accepted
• ACLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred)
• BLS/BCLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred)
• Valid state MRI or applicable imaging technologist license required
• Proficiency with IV starts
• Candidates must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility; candidates residing between 75–100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac MRI experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Siemens MRI systems
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR modules
