Systems Operations Engineer
Trident Consulting is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer for one of our clients in Dallas Metro, TX. A global leader in business and technology services.

Location: Hybrid/Dallas Metro, TX
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $45
Tech Skills primary: Excellent with SQL queries, DB usage & understanding (Oracle), Linux commands, Shell scripts, Autosys, Working knowledge of Observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Production support tools. Role: Finance applications Production support involving upstream and downstream data pipelines queries, follow-ups on systems, Linux based commands check, Observability tools-based incident fixes & avoidance, Batch processing, Openshift workloads support, Data private cloud support.
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
- Prod Support specific SQL and DB, Autosys
- Shell scripting, Linux command line operations
- Observability tools (AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, ITRS)
