Session range :W2- $72+ and 1099 + $82 (based on experience and market) Company recognition awards, including monetary awards, gifts, and professional development suppor t Continuing education support, including paid CEUs and advanced professional development Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) options and additional voluntary benefits No non-compete clauses - we believe in ethical, clinician-first employment Paid drive time and mileage - in between job sites Your Clinical Impact Deliver OT services in home and community-based settings Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written programs Conduct developmental, occupational therapy, feeding, and sensory evaluations Apply interventions to improve safety, independence, and participation in activities of daily living Assess home and community environments and recommend adaptive strategies or modifications Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed) Interdisciplinary Collaboration Partner with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams Work-Life Balance You Can Count On This role is designed for sustainability and flexibility.
