Job Summary The Office Services Assistant provides general clerical and administrative office support to meet the daily operational needs of the business. This temporary position is scheduled from August 17, 2026 through October 15, 2026. Responsibilities Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops. File, fax, scan, print, and assemble documents. Assist with entering office expenses (frequent extension, messenger services, invoices). Set up new hires: assign office or cubicle, retrieve name plates, IT tickets, new hire photo, badges, keys, and supplies; organize or clear out offices of exiting team members. Ensure training rooms, conference rooms, and overall office spaces are clean and organized. Assist in setting up or breaking down tables, furniture, and other equipment. Schedule meetings and appointments; prepare conference rooms. Provide reception coverage. Order and restock office supplies, stationery, and breakroom supplies (coffee, soda, snacks). Qualifications High School Diploma required. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with office machines, including fax, high‑speed copier, multi‑line phone, and 10‑key calculator preferred. Excellent customer service and client‑focused skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Detail‑oriented; able to follow directions and procedures, prioritize calls, and serve visitors. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Pay and Benefits Salary range: $18.00 to $23.75 per hour.
