Registered Nurse | Night Shift
Schedule: 3×12-hour nights, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
Weekly Hours: 36
Weekends & Holidays: As needed
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and document assessments, identify risks, and prioritize patient needs.
- Administer treatments and monitor patient responses.
- Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with the care team and Case Management.
- Delegate appropriately and oversee assigned patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, and infection reduction.
