This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, including experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.If you are passionate about AI/ML technologies and have the leadership skills to drive a team towards success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
