We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Agent for The Pointe on Westshore, our 444 unit residential community located in Tampa, FL! Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark as a Leasing Agent: Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents Complete leasing agent documents and collect rental deposits Responsible for ensuring the “model” apartments are ready to be shown Understanding of lease terms, specifications, and all community policies Knowledge of leasing agent sales and closing techniques Knowledge of the current market Knowledge of current pricing and amenities that your community has to offer Maintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to keep your community relevant and competitive Shop local competitor communities Develop full knowledg e of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals Responsible for conducting out-reach marketing at least once per week Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program, encouraging current residents to renew their lease Responsible for the organization of all resident and property files Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately Contribute towards the collection of delinquent rents Qualifying Accomplishments of Leasing Agent: A college degree is helpful but not required Leasing experience also helps, but is not required Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred What American Landmark Offers You: Market competitive salary Comprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term Disability Three weeks’ paid vacation per year Industry competitive bonus structure to include move-ins and renewal pool Education/Tuition Reimbursement 401K Retirement Plan w/ 4% match 30% rent discounted apartment Background screening and a drug test required #J-18808-Ljbffr American Landmark Management, Llc
