The Palo Alto County Health System (PACHS) is a contemporary 25-bed critical access hospital offering a comprehensive range of primary health care services, from health promotion to end-of-life care. The facility handles:

• 67 annual admissions
• 114 births
• 22,126 outpatient visits
• 5,258 specialty clinic visits
• 34,636 primary care clinic visits

On-site services include lab, X-ray, emergency care, pharmacy, and behavioral health. Additionally, outreach specialists from our network provide services in various specialties such as General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, and more.

• Recruitment Package: $200,000 signing bonus!
• Salary: $301,290 with a one-year income guarantee.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 moving allowance.
• PTO: 34 days of paid time off (PTO) when on base; 40 days when on production.
• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually for continuing medical education.
