About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with a well-established investment management firm seeking an Operations & RFI Associate to join its Client Services team. This organization works with investors and their advisors, supporting investment operations, reporting, and client relationships. Job Description The Operations & RFI Associate will support the Client Services team by coordinating investor information requests, preparing due diligence questionnaires, maintaining accurate client records, and generating reports. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in financial services who enjoys detailed, research-driven work and maintaining accurate, organized information. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and complete requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring responses are accurate, polished, and submitted on time. Maintain and update standardized response materials, research information, and supporting documentation. Partner with internal teams, including Portfolio Management, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance, to collect and verify information. Manage client and investor records in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Salesforce and Excel. Track client account updates, capital activity, and investor-related documentation. Monitor client communications and ensure requests are documented, tracked, and addressed promptly. Assist with client onboarding, reporting, investor meetings, and other team initiatives as needed. Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience in client services, financial services operations, investment support, or a related field. Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, real estate investment, or a similar industry strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, with the ability to generate reports and maintain detailed records. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with large amounts of data. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a detail-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Additional Details Salary range: $85,000–$105,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus. Full-time schedule with four days onsite in Bethesda, MD, and remote work on Fridays.
