ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Koy Jasperson - State Farm is searching for a competitive person who can help our sales team WIN! As our Marketing Representative / Sales Assistant, your effort to uncover opportunity for our sales teams and find people looking for quotes, is tremendously important. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
