Hose Assembly / Production Associate

Location: Wilmington, NC 28401
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a dependable and motivated  Hose Assembly / Production Associate to join a hands-on manufacturing team. This is an entry-level/junior opportunity for someone comfortable staying active, working with their hands, following instructions, and learning a specific production process.

Previous hose or manufacturing experience is  not required . Training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, restaurants/food service, automotive, general labor, warehouse, production, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.

• Assemble and prepare industrial hose products according to established procedures
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Measure, cut, assemble, clean, label, and package components as required
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment after training
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a team and support production needs throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive hands-on tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Learn multiple assembly processes as training progresses

• Reliable and dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable receiving instruction and following established procedures
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others
• Comfortable standing and moving around for most of the workday
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic ability to read a tape measure is a plus
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience is helpful but  not required

The right person does not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who is  coachable, reliable, hardworking, quality-minded, and willing to learn .
