As a Front Desk Security Professional in a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, support access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor front-desk access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and communicate access concerns in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details. Support a professional lobby environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by answering inquiries, managing incoming communications, and helping to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
