With multiple large-scale projects underway and continued growth across the utility-scale market, they are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of their most complex and high-profile EPC projects.

This is a high-autonomy opportunity for an experienced project leader to take ownership of major utility-scale solar projects from Notice to Proceed through final completion. The Senior Project Manager will have significant influence over project strategy, financial performance, schedule, client relationships, and execution while leading cross-functional teams through complex technical, commercial, and construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale utility-scale solar EPC projects from Notice to Proceed through final completion, ensuring safe, timely, and financially successful delivery.
• Provide leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams while maintaining alignment across scope, schedule, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin protection, change management, claims, and commercial risk.
• Develop and oversee detailed project schedules, monitoring critical path activities, productivity, and recovery plans to protect key milestones.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, owner representatives, lenders, subcontractors, and other key project stakeholders.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of technical, commercial, contractual, schedule, subcontract, and safety risks throughout project execution.
• Support early-stage project activities including estimating, constructability reviews, procurement planning, and subcontractor selection to establish strong execution strategies.
• Partner closely with construction and quality leadership to maintain high standards for safety, quality, and specification compliance across the project.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and field personnel while helping build a strong pipeline of future project leaders.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, financial performance, schedule, risks, milestones, and overall execution.
