Member Services Specialist- Bilingual 

Pay: Starting at $20.50/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Summary-

We're searching for a friendly, people-first Member Services Specialist who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making someone else's day a little easier. If you're the person friends describe as helpful, organized, and calm under pressure, keep reading.

Essential Job Duties-

• Help members with deposits, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, and other financial transactions
• Answer questions, solve problems, and turn frustrating situations into positive experiences
• Assist existing members with opening additional accounts and completing credit card applications
• Spot opportunities to connect members with products that genuinely fit their needs
• Process administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Balance transactions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in team meetings, training, and community-focused events

Requirements-

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous banking, credit union, financial services, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Billingual - English/Spanish
