Inside Sales Representative
Are you a people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service? A well-established, family-owned industrial supply company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join its team.
With over 70 years of success serving manufacturers, industrial facilities, and machine shops throughout the region, this company offers a stable work environment and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Learn company products and provide product support
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
- Work closely with team members to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
