Requirements What You'll Do: Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients Build trusted advisor relationships with clients Review and analyze financial statements Serve as a high-level accounting resource for complex issues Support and mentor bookkeeping teams Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and process initiatives This role focuses on oversight, advisory work, problem-solving, and relationship management. We’re looking for someone who is: Comfortable leading client relationships independently Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator Experienced in accounting for multiple small businesses or organizations Highly organized and self‑motivated Adaptable and comfortable learning new technologies Comfortable working in a fully remote environment Ideal backgrounds may include: Controller/CFO Accounting Manager Client Advisory Services (CAS) Outsourced Accounting Public accounting or bookkeeping firm experience Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required. We work with clients using a wide variety of tools and platforms, so adaptability is important.
