We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to join our team in Lillian, AL $20-$23. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial landscape maintenance, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily work assignments while ensuring high-quality results. This role is responsible for leading a crew, coordinating job site activities, maintaining company standards, and ensuring customer properties remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew, providing direction, training, and support throughout the workday.
• Review, prioritize, and manage daily work lists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, and general grounds maintenance services.
• Ensure all commercial properties meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate crew activities, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity on job sites.
• Safely operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other power tools.
• Identify and address landscaping issues, making recommendations for property improvements when needed.
• Assist with landscape enhancement projects, including plant installations, irrigation repairs, sod installation, and seasonal cleanup.
• Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and crew members regarding job progress and site needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lillian, AL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lillian,AL.
