Responsibilities Support senior leadership in developing and executing strategic initiatives and business plans. Manage administrative functions, including meeting coordination, internal communications, and the development of performance reports. Lead special projects focused on process improvement and cross-departmental collaboration. Oversee resource management and workload distribution to ensure team productivity and performance. Coordinate the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development appraisal process. Qualifications Substantial experience in finance, consulting, or professional services, with a relevant graduate degree. Deep understanding of organizational economics, staffing dynamics, and operational management. Proficiency in data analysis, office software, and resource management tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-pressure deadlines.
