The role involves managing equipment flow, maintaining the yard, facility, and supporting day‑to‑day operations to keep the branch running efficiently. Prepare equipment for delivery by performing safety inspections, verifying documentation, and partnering with branch leadership. Maintain an organized yard, warehouse, and dock while supporting the movement of new, used, and rental equipment. Perform basic building maintenance, housekeeping, and safety inspections to keep the branch clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate equipment. Strong work ethic with ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑first attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Ability to perform physical work: frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and providing own basic tools.
