Job Details Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three (3) years of experience to join their growing (adding roughly 30 new clients every month) Estate Planning and Trust/Estate Administration practice. This is a great opportunity for mentorship and career growth working directly with principal attorneys. Responsibilities Work with clients regarding real estate and business transactions, including LLC, corporate and partnership establishment and documentation. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney. Maryland Bar required. DC and Virginia Bars preferred. LLM preferred.
