Vetco Veterinary Clinic Advisor- Training Provided (Driving Role)

We are seeking a Vetco Customer Service Team member to work at our local dispatch office and at assigned Petco clinic locations. The role involves greeting pet parents, recommending services, supporting veterinarians, and ensuring a great customer experience. Responsibilities Greet pet parents and recommend services to protect their pets. Assist the Veterinarian so services can be administered. Thank pet parents for protecting their pets. Work cooperatively with team members and thrive on supporting the team. Make good recommendations and provide exceptional customer service. Travel to assignments throughout the market; adapt to changing environments. Work hard, have fun, and maintain a can‑do attitude. Be responsible, accountable and eager to learn. Love dogs, cats and people. Qualifications Ability to perform functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
