How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Establish, revise, and evaluate an effective, patient-centered plan of care that involves the patient and/or family.
• Advance clinical treatments within a variety of diagnoses including Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, ICU, Cardio, and Pulmonary.
• You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to establish a plan of care and discharge recommendations.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Minimum requirement of 3 weekend shifts in 6-week period.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

• 1 year of acute care experience.
