Urology Physician
Location: Illinois
Position OverviewThis role involves delivering comprehensive general Urology services primarily to an adult and senior patient demographic. The practice benefits from a robust referral network and offers a blend of outpatient and hospital-based care.
Position Highlights- General Urology encompassing outpatient, procedural, and surgical services
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of a half-day on Fridays
- Manage an average of 20–25 patients daily
- Join a busy, established clinic with both internal and external referrals
- Utilize an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center equipped with new laser technology
- Access to robotic and laparoscopic surgical options at affiliated hospitals
- On-site DEXA scans, infusion center, and laboratory services available
- Supported by three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), medical assistants, and a dedicated practice manager
- Base salary: $750,000
- Compensation Structure: Salary plus Production (RVU-based)
- Partnership Opportunity: Yes (available after the first year)
