Primary Care FNP/AGNP - Make a Difference in Sun City West's Geriatric Community

We're seeking a compassionate, experienced FNP or AGNP to join our Advanced Practice Provider team at our busy Health Center in Sun City West, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to serve a growing, geriatric-focused community in a rewarding primary care setting.

Position Requirements:

DEA with prescriptive authority
FNP or AGNP credentials with AZ license eligibility
Minimum 1+ years of experience in primary care or geriatric medicine
Comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel
Collaborative, patient-focused, and friendly team player
