This remote role, primarily focused on a detox center environment, offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 annually. In this position, you will play a key role in providing critical support and services to children and their families during a pivotal stage of development, emphasizing early intervention and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine children's needs and development, ensuring a personalized approach to care. \n
- Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families and team members to establish actionable goals. \n
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies and interventions based on child and family progress. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to families, offering guidance and tools that enhance their child’s development and learning experiences. \n
- Employ a coaching model in your interventions, working within natural environments to foster a practical and relatable approach to skill development. \n
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding ethical standards, documentation, and safety protocols. \n
- Build strong rapport with children, families, and team members, creating a trusting environment conducive to learning and growth. \n
- Communicate effectively and respectfully, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to clients and team dynamics. \n
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Together & Strong Counseling, you will primarily focus on providing services for children who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will help guide infants and toddlers during their early years, facilitating critical growth in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. You will work closely with families, empowering them with knowledge and support to navigate their child’s developmental journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with a focus on clinical practice. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health. \n
- At least one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in child development. \n
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for home visits or community outreach. \n
- Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse learning styles and individual treatment plans. \n
