Role of Product Designer at Surge: Collaborative Design, User Research As a Product Designer At Surge, You Will Lead the design of innovative products, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design concepts and user feedback into the product development process. Conduct user research, create prototypes, and perform usability testing to refine design solutions. Utilize a variety of design tools to create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes. Essential Skills for Surge’s Product Designer: Design Principles, Prototyping Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and product development processes. Experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively. A portfolio showcasing previous work and design solutions. Advanced Product Design Skills at Surge: HTML/CSS Knowledge, Motion Design Knowledge of HTML/CSS for understanding web and mobile design constraints. Experience or interest in motion design to enhance user interaction. Ability to adapt to emerging design trends and tools. Competitive Salary Range at Surge Surge offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience and expertise in product design.
