Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment. Experience 24 months of experience, with at least 3 months worked in the last 12 months. Experience with Epic preferred. Requirements Must have a valid license (required after submission). May require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed for candidates living in the required area. 6 months gap required before staff placement at Medical Solutions Plus Program – Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at the same program. Additional Details Eligibility: Must disclose previous employment and take a six‑month break from any Good Samaritan Society or Marshfield Clinic Health System location as part of a DNU check. Required Skills & Experience Experience with NICU and/or PICU patient populations; adult experience is also beneficial. Level 4 NICU experience including high‑frequency ventilation (Jet & HFOV), nitric oxide, high‑risk deliveries, and gestational ages 22 weeks and above. Must demonstrate ventilator experience with micro preemies. Required Credentials Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching institution. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Shift & Scheduling Days/Nights rotate. Every other weekend and rotating holidays. Floating Requirements Inpatient respiratory therapy care at SMCF. Candidates may train to BDWY or SU campuses if needs arise. Other Requirements At least one reference from the same unit/specialty as the job. Maximum 7 days of time off allowed. One Charge/Lead reference from the last 12 months. One additional reference from the last 3 years. Driver’s license required for submission.
