Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle selection
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Negotiate deals and close vehicle sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Valid driver's license required
Sales Consultant Skills:
Strong skills in automotive sales, customer service, relationship building, and closing deals. Experience with lead generation, follow-up, CRM systems, and sales pipelines. Knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership process is a plus. Ability to manage customer interactions, overcome objections, and drive sales performance in a competitive environment.
